After doing extensive research, we chose the Philips 4300 Lattego as a Christmas gift for our son and daughter-in-law. They are thrilled and so are we! Not only does the machine make incredible coffee/cappuccino/ lattes etc etc but the service and delivery from Espresso Canada was top notch! The price also beat out the all the large distributors - including Amazon. The added touch of the bonus coffee beans was exceptional and they were even thrilled with the coffee bean sack which was used for packing. They are planning on framing it. Honestly this is the worst company response I got from Esspresso Canada. I got the $6000 Esspresso machine and it's been only 3 months the machine didn't work properly from the day we got and try to contact the other company as suggested by esspresso Canada and that fixed for few days and now completely stopped. Esspresso Canada is now saying we are not responsible for fixing it and the other company is on vacation and can't do nothing. It's not fair on customers end when they lose business for the days to get the machine fixed, it might take a month. I would never recommend anyone from buying anything with such company's. May be you should check your phone records. I have not used any wrong language or words at your staff. I just raised my voice to the employee who repeatedly told me your company cannot help even though we got the machine from your store. And she also mentioned Bellucci is on vacation and your company cannot do anything. Is that right way to deal with the situation when the machine stops working in just 3 months and your store doesn't any solution.
Espresso Canada’s service was excellent. I needed a product sent quickly as it was a gift and it was shipped out that same day as promised. The item was well packaged, in perfect condition and they even included a bonus pack of espresso beans! I purchased 3, 2 packs of Auquaclean filters so that I could take advantage of the free shipping offer. The water at our location is extremely hard so I go through these faster than most people would so price is very important to me. These were on sale at a lower price than I've seen in a long time so I am very pleased about that. I live in southern Ontario so I recieved the item the next day, also excellent. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.
