I stopped into Armando’s in Tecumseh to buy a gift certificate, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The place itself was very cold, but what stood out more was the customer service. When I asked about purchasing a gift certificate, I was told they didn’t have any, and the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. Even if they were busy, the tone was very cold and unwelcoming. It wasn’t the experience I expected, and it definitely left me questioning whether I’d return.
A bit disappointed in this pizza. The dark bits are not mushrooms, they are onions. This pizza was supposed to be pepperoni, bacon and onion. I don’t see any bacon. Parking was terrible. The one bright spot was the person in the store. He was very pleasant.
Pizza is light on toppings. Barely any cheese. Dry, could use more sauce and overcooked. The worst pizza I've had. I usually order from belle river or walker rd location and always good. Not here. Truly horrible.
Been here a few times since the old owners sold it a year or 2 ago. Not a single time I have tried it has been decent… this time it was quite a bit smaller than my medium box, they burned only the green peppers… and tons of air bubbles causing lack of cheese and toppings spread across it. I really miss the consistency Armando’s used to stand for. Looks like I am not the only one here either… Hope they figure it out soon… Lately OG and Amloz has been my go to!
Would 100% recommend Armando's Pizza as the best take out pizzeria in Windsor-Essex. This location in particular has outstanding customer service and tasty items on their menu! While known for their pizza, their chicken parm and walnut & goat cheese salad are also favourites of mine and my family! Amazing staff that work here, family owned & operated, speedy quick delivery, and fabulous customer service. They are a must for takeout :)
Great local business, great food, always very generous with local charities and organizations. Proof you can turn a profit while being socially conscious and supporting the community.
Amazing staff! Super accommodating and friendly! I was able to pay over the phone and wait for my pizza in my car in the parking lot. They are doing an amazing job through the quarantine ?
