Amaxing pizza, next door you can buy frozen pizza to take hone and cook, inside the actual restaurant is amazing curtious staff followed by sum amazing ice cream in window freezers, vibrant colours...
Horrible customer service. This used to be my favourite place to go. Obviously ownership has changed. I waited so long for my pizzas and the workers had no idea what they were doing. What a let down. Food still tasted good.
I’m extremely disappointed with the staff at the Walker Rd location and do not recommend ordering from here. I placed an order for pizza at 5:15 PM and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at 6 PM, only to find that my pizza wasn’t ready or even made. The staff made four other pizzas while scrambling to find my order—and couldn’t. As I found my order that they kept moving back on the list, while they were making pizza. I was still charged full price, and when I finally received my family-sized pizza, it was shoved into a box that was too small and completely flipped over and not cooked through. Terrible service, poor organization, and zero accountability.
Asked for my pizza to be well done and it was soggy. The wings were disgusting and slimy. I ordered the sauce on the side but it was a powder. Delivery man didn’t read at all to knock on my door and leave it there for me so he kept knocking and knocking and I was in the washroom. Never again! Second time in a few weeks and I thought it would be a different experience so I gave it a go. Tipped 30% before realizing it was ALL soggy.
Taste of the toppings were good as other. But the base was thinner, just like all the toppings were on a piece of paper. Burned base from bottom(black). When i start eating, slice was in my hand and all the toppings were on the box. Worst pizza i have had in my life. One star is for the toppings and a pepsi which I bought. ?
A very modern restaurant with an open view of the kitchen, kind of like Subway. They put everything on right in front of you and put it into their impressive pizza oven. They also have delicious cannoli/dessert options. The pizza itself is light but without any of the usual grease you'd find from other pizza places. Very thin, but tasty and satisfying.
I've gotten pizza here twice now. Once was for pickup and the staff were very nice and positive, pizza was delicious! Again I just ordered two 10 inch pizzas, one each for my husband and I and they were so good! We love the crust, the sauce and they definitely load it with whatever toppings you choose. This is my new favorite pizza place. Can't wait to try the paninis and gelato.
