Went there for the first time on sunday to get roasted chicken, usually we'll go to the michigan on tecumseh road. But thought this time, lets try the michigan is on walker its so much closer. We orded 3, 4 piece chicken dinners with all white meat and the server mentioned it would be cheaper if we just did the family pack which she was right. And we were very thankful for that. As we sat there waiting for our chicken, I thought in my head. I hope that she had picked up on that we wanted all white meat. Because I did not mention it for the second time. So I went up to the server and mentioned it, and she said, no, you never said that. So she must of missed what we had said the first round, which is not a big deal.But we want all white meat. They accommodated us and we got our white meat.We came home to see that five of the pieces of meat were not white.And we paid the extra for all white meat! We may try again because we do catering, at least twice a year from our usual Michigan. Just when your customer pays extra for all white meat you give them all white meat.
Where was I put in the notes there is wheelchair accessible they do have a TVs where you can watch sports and they do have alcohol and they do have bar seating they do have table service you can bring kids it's pretty expensive but make sure you bring your a debit card or credit card and be prepared for the prices but they do have excellent food and they do have takeout service to they do not deliver but like I said you can watch sports but you did TVs are kind of like up by the bar kind of thing but you can still see the TV
Ordered broasted chicken dinner to go. The mashed potatoes had chunks of dry - hardened mash potato in it. The bun was burnt. The breading was very well done- hard and the larger pieces of chicken were under cooked which I'm confused how that could be. My first time ordering at that location and my last.
The reviews on here are confusing to me because the food I got from here was an actual joke. I wish I took pictures because it all went in the garbage. Fries that had clearly been microwaved, “baked” Mac n cheese that tasted exactly like a frozen Michelina dinner. I will never eat here again, it was offensive and wrong that they served me that food.
We had a large table reserved for Good Friday fish. 11 people ordered fish dinners and they were served raw. I had a cevap dinner and it was raw. They need a new cook and some manners. I didn’t eat any of my meal and still charged 1/2 price. ( oh I forgot I ate the small dish of mashed potatoes and some pita). I will never return and I would suggest you check your food before you eat it. Raw fish doesn’t taste that great.
I went here today with my buddy for dinner. I gotta be honest, I was very disappointed. The service was as slow as a snail and the food was overpriced and super low quality. The only thing that was good were the fries but everything was cold and disappointing.
I love the broaster chicken, mac n cheese, diner potato's and fries, but tried a few other items off the menu and I wasn't a huge fan... my roast beef was not very tender it didn't taste the best, almost had a wet dog flavour. The gravy is very good tho. Ribs were a bit dry, the slaw I had looked like it was browning a bit. Ordered chips n salsa and we got a pretty small portion of chips compared to salsa so we had alot of salsa left, which the chips were very greasy and not cooked fully (chewy instead of crispy) It used to be a cheaper place to eat but it's pretty much the same price as everywhere now but the food quality is not the best. :(
